Penelope the Clown

Girls and boys will clamor to see Penelope, a gentle clown with the spirit of a fun loving five-year-old child. This whimsical darling will tickle your fancy as she juggles and performs very special magic tricks. But wait, Penelope make you giggle when she paints your face with magical stars, hearts and squiggles. And if you are a very good little girl or boy, sweet Penelope will create a wonderful balloon critter just for you!

Fun follows Penelope where ever she goes, blowing giant bubbles from her wand or spinning and twirling with her wonderful hula hoops. Keep a look-out for Penelope the Clown, performing throughout the Kittitas County Fair Grounds.
